Refund policy

The customer has 14 days from receipt of the ordered Products to return them to MARCETTE for exchange or refund. In this case, the customer must return the Products in their original packaging and condition, along with all accessories, instruction manuals, and documentation to the following address:

Unless express reservations are made upon delivery, the Products are deemed to conform to the Order. To exercise this right of complaint, the Customer has 7 days to send MARCETTE, at the following address: berenice@marcette.com, a statement expressing their reservations and complaints, accompanied by supporting documentation (delivery slip countersigned by the carrier, photographs, etc.).

A complaint that does not comply with the conditions described above will not be accepted. MARCETTE will repair, replace or refund the Product or its components as soon as possible and at its own expense, subject to the material possibility of repairing the Product or its availability in stock.
